Defective items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date and include the original sales receipt to be eligible for replacement. After 30 days from the purchase date, defective jewelry will be processed as a repair.

Contact number
Shipping address
Detailed description of the repair
Receipt (if purchased within a year for warranty coverage)
Take a clear picture of the item so that we can identify the item
Has the repair item ever been resized or modified (Y/N)
If yes, please specify:
Upon receiving your information, we will review and send you a packing slip and order number to track your repair or replacement. Please print this packing slip and include it with your jewelry return.
If your jewelry was purchased within the last 12 months, please include a copy of your receipt with the return.
Please pack jewelry securely to prevent damage during transit.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
